Ugbrooke

Ugbrooke Park is a country house located in a valley between Exeter and Newton Abbot in Devon, England. It dates back over 900 years, having featured in the Domesday Book. Before the Reformation the land belonged to the Church and the house was occupied by Precentors to the Bishop of Exeter. It has been the seat of the Clifford family for over four hundred years, and the owners have held the title Baron Clifford of Chudleigh since 1672.

Stokelake

Stokelake Residential School was in Chudleigh, South Devon. It was classed as the senior school of Pitt House School Ltd and the Chairman was Mr. M.C. Spedding who was also Chairman of Torquay United Football Club in the early 1960s. The site was quite extensive, with a main block, dining with TV - cinema room, library, and dormitory block. It had a classroom complex, and large gymnasium as well as its own farm.

River Bovey

The River Bovey rises on the eastern side of Dartmoor in Devon, England. From its source between Chagford Common and Shapley Common it flows for about two miles northwards before turning to a generally south easterly direction. It passes the village of North Bovey, flows through Lustleigh Cleave between the villages of Manaton and Lustleigh, and then through the town of Bovey Tracey.

Teignbridge

Teignbridge is a local government district in Devon, England. Its council is based in Newton Abbot. Other towns in the district include Ashburton, Dawlish and Teignmouth. It is named for the old Teignbridge hundred. The district was formed on 1 April 1974, under the Local Government Act 1972, as a merger of the Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Dawlish, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth urban districts along with Newton Abbot Rural District and part of St Thomas Rural District.
