Kinnersley Castle
Kinnersley Castle in Herefordshire, England is one of the many marches castles along the Welsh Borders. The Castle of Kinnersley, on the A4112 3 km east of Eardisley, was originally a stone structure, thought to have been built during the reign of Henry I of England (1100-1135 C.E.). The Elizabethan building that now occupies the site has obliterated all but a few traces of the medieval castle.

Eardisley Castle
Eardisley Castle was in the village of Eardisley in Herefordshire, England, some 11 km north-east of Hay-on-Wye. This was an 11th century motte and bailey castle with a moat around the bailey filled by a stream. It is recorded in the Domesday Survey as being held by Robert (probably Robert de Basqueville, father of Ralph de Baskerville) from Roger de Lacy. In 1263 the castle was in the possession of Roger de Clifford where he imprisoned the Bishop of Hereford, Peter de Aquablanca.

Barland Castle
Barland Castle was a motte and bailey-style fortification located near the tiny village of Old Radnor, in Radnorshire, Wales. It is believed to have been constructed in the 12th century. All that remains is a ditch and a stepped bank, which may contain tumbled remains of masonry. Little is known of the castle's history, though the Domesday Book records the lands of Barland as having been held by a knight named Thorkell, who served Hugh L'Asne (Hugh the Ass), the lord of Radnor and other lands.

Kington Town F.C
Kington Town F.C. is an association football club based in Kington, Herefordshire, England. In the 1998–99 season, they reached the Second Round of the FA Vase. In the 2005–06 season, they were members of the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division, however they resigned from this league at the end of the season to drop down to the more local Herefordshire Football League. They also play in the Herefordshire Senior Cup, which they won in 2003–04.
