Dounby Click Mill
Dounby Click Mill is a mill located on the Mainland of Orkney, in Scotland. The Click Mill at Dounby is the last of the horizontal water-mills of Orkney still in use. It has been restored by, and is owned by, Historic Scotland.

Harray
Harray is a former parish on Mainland, Orkney, now merged with Birsay. It has the unique distinction of being the only landlocked parish on the islands, however it is next to the freshwater Loch of Harray. Harray has many mounds or howes from the Old Norse word Haugr meaning mound or hill. Excavations have revealed burial cist in the largest mound as well as a Bronze Age building nearby. Harray was merged with Birsay to form a united parish in the north west of Mainland.

Sandwick (Old Norse: Sandvík, meaning "Sand Bay") is a parish on the west coast of the Mainland of Orkney, in Scotland. It commences four miles north of Stromness. The coast, except at the small sandy bay (whence the parish's name) consists of cavernous cliffs, from 100–200 ft, and includes a lofty natural arch called the hole of Rowe, and is much flanked by insulated pillar-rocks.
