Cranstackie
Cranstackie is a mountain of 801 m in Sutherland, the northwestern tip of the Scottish Highlands. It is a Corbett located west of Loch Eriboll and northeast of Foinaven. Like Foinaven and Beinn Spionnaidh to the northeast, its top is covered with loose, broken quartzite. The slope is much steeper on the west side than the east, but neither approach is easy due to the covering of loose rock.

Eilean Choraidh
Eilean Choraidh, also known as Horse Island is an island in Loch Eriboll in Sutherland on the north coast of Scotland. It is about 20 hectares in extent and the highest point is 26 metres above sea level. During the 19th century the Reay estate quarried lime from Eilean Choraidh, treated it in kilns on the nearby peninsula of Ard Neakie, and exported it by ship. The census of 1931 records a single male inhabitant, and there has been no indication of any permanent residents since then.

Foinaven
Foinaven is a mountain in Scotland, situated in the far north-west corner of the Scottish Highlands. Like many of the monolithic mountains that surround it, the mountain is within the Moine Thrust Belt and is made up of imbricated layers of Cambrian quartzite which overlie the older Lewisian gneiss basement. The quartzite, being tougher, stood firm when all the surrounding rock was eroded away, leaving the huge mountain isolated. Its highest point is named Ganu Mòr.

Strathmore, Sutherland
Strathmore or An Srath Mòr is a valley, or strath, in Sutherland in northern Scotland. The valley is in the parish of Durness to the east of Loch Eriboll. It is best known for being the home of the Scottish Gaelic poet, Rob Donn. The valley has a minor road running alongside the Strathmore River northwards towards Loch Hope. Ben Hope is to the east.
