Pulaski County Special School District (PCSSD) is one of three public school districts in Pulaski County, Arkansas; the others are the Little Rock School District and the North Little Rock School District that is accredited by the Arkansas Department of Education. PCSSD has its headquarters in Sweet Home, an unincorporated area near Little Rock.

Mills University Studies High School

Mills University Studies High School is a secondary school in Little Rock, Arkansas serving students in grades 9 through 12 and is one of six high schools within the Pulaski County Special School District. The school opened in 1970 and is named after the late Congressman Wilbur Daigh Mills. While drawing students from around its home area, Mills also contains a hybrid Gifted & Talented magnet school focusing on college preparation through Advanced Placement courses.

Barton Coliseum

T. H. Barton Coliseum is a 7,150-seat multi-purpose arena, located within the Arkansas State Fairgrounds, in Little Rock, Arkansas. The coliseum was dedicated on September 29, 1952 in honor of Thomas Harry Barton, found of Lion Oil. It is the former home of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Trojans basketball team, the defunct Arkansas GlacierCats ice hockey team of the WPHL (now d.b.a. as the CHL) and the defunct Arkansas Impact, of the PBL.
