KIPR (92.3 FM, "Power 92.3") is a commercial radio station located in Little Rock, Arkansas, broadcasting to the Pine Bluff, Brinkley, North Little Rock, Gould, Fordyce, Dumas and surrounding areas in Arkansas. KIPR airs a mainstream urban format, which was launched in 1988 (Its fonts can be traced back to KPWR/Los Angeles due to having KPWR's radio consultant Don Kelly serving as KIPR's programming consultant at the time). The National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) is the branch of the United States Food and Drug Administration which conducts research to define biological mechanisms of action underlying the toxicity of products regulated by the FDA. Pine Bluff Arsenal

The Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) is a US Army installation located in Jefferson County, Arkansas, just northwest of the city of Pine Bluff. PBA is one of nine Army installations in the United States that stored chemical weapons. PBA supplies specialized production, storage, maintenance and distribution of readiness products, and delivers technical services to the Armed Forces and Homeland Security.
