Mountain Pine is a city in Garland County, Arkansas, United States. It is part of the 'Hot Springs Metropolitan Statistical Area'. Mid-America Science Museum

The Mid-America Science Museum is a science museum located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It contains both many permanent exhibits that have been there since the early 1980s, such as a "ball machine" that hits billiard balls all around an elaborate track, and traveling exhibits. It also features a laser light and music show, also designed in the early 80s.

National Park Community College

National Park Community College is a two-year institution of higher learning located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. NPCC was founded in 2003 as a result of a merger between Garland County Community College and Quapaw Technical Institute, which had been established in 1973 and 1969, respectively. It is one of the state's largest community colleges, enrolling 3,000 students annually in credit programs and an additional 3,800 students in non-credit programs.
