KIPR (92.3 FM, "Power 92.3") is a commercial radio station located in Little Rock, Arkansas, broadcasting to the Pine Bluff, Brinkley, North Little Rock, Gould, Fordyce, Dumas and surrounding areas in Arkansas. National Center for Toxicological Research
