Maumelle is a city in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States and a suburb of Little Rock. Founded by Jess Odom with federal assistance from the Urban Growth and New Community Development Act, it is a master-planned community. Maumelle has the highest median household income in Arkansas. The Census Bureau and Arkansas Institute for Economic Advancement (AIEA) reported the 2010 census population as 17,163 (a 62.6% increase over the 2000 census population).

Mayflower is a city in Faulkner County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 1,631 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area. In 2006, Mayflower was certified as an Arkansas Community of Excellence by the Arkansas Department of Economic Development. At the end of March 2013, an Exxon Mobil crude oil pipeline ruptured near Mayflower, spilling thousands of barrels of oil.

KTHV
KTHV, virtual channel 11 (branded on-air as "THV 11"), is the CBS-affiliated television station serving the Little Rock-Pine Bluff television market and central Arkansas. The station is owned by Gannett Company, which purchased the station in 1994. KTHV's transmitter and antenna are located atop Shinall Mountain on the same tower as KARK. The station broadcasts its digital signal on VHF channel 12, remapped to its former analog channel 11 via PSIP.
