Watson School

Watson School is a Sonoma County Regional Parks Department historic park, covering approximately 0.75 acres, located about 2 miles east of Bodega, California, on the south side of the road, at 15000 Bodega Highway in Sonoma County, California, United States. The land was donated by James Watson in 1855, for a school to serve the communities of Freestone, Bodega, and Valley Ford.

Rancho Estero Americano

Rancho Estero Americano was a 8,849-acre Mexican land grant in present day Sonoma County, California given in 1839 by Governor Pro-tem Manuel Jimeno to Edward Manuel McIntosh. The rancho takes its name from Estero Americano.

Running Fence

Running Fence was an installation art piece by Christo and Jeanne-Claude, which was completed on September 10, 1976. The builders removed it 14 days later, leaving no visible trace. It consisted of a veiled fence 24.5 miles long extending across the hills of Sonoma and Marin counties in northern California, United States. The 18-foot high fence was composed of 2,050 panels of white nylon fabric hung from steel cables by means of 350,000 hooks.

Rancho Blucher

Rancho Blucher was a 26,759-acre Mexican land grant in present day Marin and Sonoma County, California given in 1844 by Governor Manuel Micheltorena to Jean Jacques Vioget. The rancho is named for the Prussian field marshal Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher. The grant extended along the coast from Estero Americano on the north and to Estero de San Antonio on the south.

Harmony Union School District

Harmony Union School District is a public school district based in Occidental, California which feeds into the West Sonoma County Union High School District. Its offices are located at 1935 Bohemian Highway, Occidental, CA 95465. As of October 2009, it had an enrollment of 790 students (including charter school students).
