Xavier High School is a college preparatory Catholic high school run by the Xaverian Brothers. It is located in Middletown, Connecticut, United States. Young men from over 65 towns surrounding Middletown attend Xavier. Mercy High School is its sister school. It is sponsored jointly by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Norwich and the Congregation of the Brothers of Saint Francis Xavier. The school was incorporated under the laws of the State of Connecticut on February 18, 1963.

Wadsworth Falls State Park

Wadsworth Falls State Park, or simply Wadsworth Falls, is a Connecticut state park located in the towns of Middletown and Middlefield. The park lies in the northeast corner of Middlefield, and extends across the town border into Middletown with the main entrance on Route 157. The park itself consists of a series of marked trails covering 285 acres and is intersected by the Coginchaug River, a tributary of the Connecticut River. There is also a swimming and picnicking area in the park grounds.

Mansfield Club Grounds

Mansfield Club Grounds, also known as Mansfield Park and Fort Hill Grounds, is a former baseball ground located in Middletown, Connecticut. The ground was home to the Middletown Mansfields baseball club during the 1872 season, from May 2nd until July 4th. Like the team, it was named after Civil War General Joseph K. Mansfield.
