Farmington River
The Farmington River is a 46.7-mile-long river located in northwest Connecticut, with major tributaries extending into southwest Massachusetts. Via its longest branch (the West Branch), the Farmington's length increases to 80.4 miles, making it the Connecticut River's longest tributary by a mere 2.3 miles over the major river directly to its north, the Westfield River. The Farmington River's watershed covers 609 square miles .

The Nepaug River begins at the confluence of North Nepaug Brook and Cedar Swamp Brook about 1 mile east of Bakersville, Connecticut. A large dam about 1 mile from the Farmington River creates Nepaug Reservoir which is about 2 miles long from north to south and about 1 mile wide running east-west.

Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery
Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery is an old cemetery in Burlington, Connecticut which dates back to the late 18th century. It was used as a burial ground for members of the Seventh Day Baptist Church. The cemetery has mistakenly been referred to as "Burlington Center Cemetery" but is perhaps best known as Green Lady Cemetery, due to a ghost that supposedly haunts the grounds.
