New Castle Airport, also known as the New Castle County Airport, is a joint civil-military public airport located in unincorporated New Castle County, Delaware, United States and four miles (6 km) south of the central business district of the city of Wilmington.

Pencader Charter High School

The Pencader Charter High School of Business & Finance, is a high school in New Castle, Delaware that opened in August 2006. It opened with 350 students (200 freshman, 150 sophomores) and is the first high school in Delaware with a business and finance focus. The plan was to enroll 200 students each year thereafter and achieve a student population of 800 by the Fall of 2009. As of 2012, it had approximately 410 students. It has two nearly identical buildings overlooking the Delaware River.

Airport Villa, Delaware

Airport Villa was a housing project that was once part of New Castle Air Force Base, in New Castle County, Delaware. It was built to house military personnel during the Korean War (1950–1953). In 1956, New Castle County purchased it from the U.S. Air Force and reopened it for civilian housing. Rentals of the houses were managed by the Harris-Hanby Real Estate Agency, New Castle, Delaware.
