Douglas Anderson School of the Arts
Douglas Anderson School of the Arts (commonly known as "DA" or "DASOTA") is a magnet high school in the San Marco neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida. The school opened in the 1922 as a primary school specifically for African American students. The school is named after local civil rights activist, Douglas Anderson. In 1985, the school was renovated into a magnet high school specializing in performing, visual and language arts.

Riverplace (JTA Skyway)
Riverplace is a station on the JTA Skyway. It is located at the corner of Mary Street and Flagler Avenue. Points of interest is Treaty Oak (Jacksonville, Florida) The next stations in the line are San Marco to the west and Kings Avenue to the east. On the night of March 11, 2009, the Riverplace station was heavily damaged by a fire. The station has been closed and reopened since that time.
