Newberry Road, Gainesville, Florida. Original tenants included Belk and JCPenney. The mall is owned by General Growth Properties (51% share) and Canadian property development company Ivanhoe Cambridge (49%), with General Growth Properties managing the mall on behalf of the venture.

WRUF (AM)

WRUF is a radio station that operates from the University of Florida's main campus in Gainesville, broadcasting at 850 kHz. WRUF is a news/talk/sports station. Unlike its Public sister stations, WUFT-TV and WUFT-FM, WRUF is a commercial station and, despite being state-run, is run no differently than privately owned commercial stations. The station signed on in October 1928 and is the fifth-oldest station in the state.

Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art

The Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art is an art museum at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. It is in the UF Cultural Plaza area in the southwest part of campus.
