The Highland Park Public Library is the public library serving Highland Park, Illinois. It is located at 494 Laurel Ave across the intersection from the Metra station. The library has 611,655 circulation items and 23,187 registered cardholders with a total of 361,614 library visits in FY05, who constitute 77% of the city's residents. Highwood, Illinois

Highwood is a city in the Moraine Township of Lake County, Illinois, United States. The population was 5,405 at the 2010 census. Highwood is a neighbor to Highland Park, and the two share a weekly newspaper and school district. After an unsuccessful attempt in 2005 to convert Highwood to a home rule city, Highwood achieved home rule status in 2007, facilitating the town's abilities to raise funds and pass ordinances.

Northbrook Court

Northbrook Court is a very large, upscale Super-regional Mall in Northbrook, Illinois. The mall is one of the most upscale collection of shops in the United States serving the North Shore suburbs of Chicago. Located on 130 acres its three anchor stores are Lord & Taylor, Macy's, and Neiman Marcus. There is also a 14-screen AMC Theatres on the south side of the mall, as well as a free standing Crate & Barrel home store in the northwest corner of the property.
