Sears Centre

The Sears Centre is an 11,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, a northwest suburb, 25 miles from Chicago. The arena has 43 luxury suites on two separate levels. The venue opened on October 26, 2006, with performances by Duran Duran and Bob Dylan; it was estimated to attract over 750,000 visitors annually. The Sears Centre is located near the former site of the Poplar Creek Music Theater, a venue that was also located in Hoffman Estates from 1980 to 1994.

Poplar Creek Music Theater

Poplar Creek Music Theater was a concert venue located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois from 1980 to 1994. The amphitheatre hosted a variety of popular musical acts during its 15-season existence. It consisted of a covered pavilion and grass seating area, and had a capacity of approximately 20,000 people. Attendance began to dwindle in the late 1980s, and Poplar Creek faced competition from the opening of the World Music Theater in Tinley Park in 1990.

South Barrington is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States, south of Barrington. The population was 4,565 at the 2010 census. South Barrington is a wealthy suburb of Chicago and home to the famous megachurch Willow Creek Community Church. Willow Creek Community Church

Willow Creek Community Church (or simply Willow Creek Church) is a non-denominational, multi-generational Evangelical Christian megachurch located in the Chicago suburb of South Barrington, Illinois. It was founded on October 12, 1975 by Bill Hybels, who is currently the senior pastor. The church has three weekend services averaging 24,000 attendees, making it the third-largest church in the United States (this ranking includes multi-site churches).
