Glen D. Riley Observatory

Glen D. Riley Observatory is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by Naperville Astronomical Association. It was founded 1973 and located in Naperville, Illinois (USA). Partnered with the DuPage Valley Observatory, which is equipped with a custom 12.5" astrograph for video imaging; together, they make up the association's "Astronomy Education Center".

Naperville is a suburban city of Chicago, located in DuPage and Will counties in the U.S. state of Illinois. Naperville was voted the second-best place to live in the United States by Money magazine in 2006. In a 2010 study, Naperville was named the wealthiest city in the Midwest and eleventh in the nation with a population over 75,000. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 141,857. Westfield Fox Valley, formerly Fox Valley Center, is a shopping mall in Aurora, Illinois. Its four anchor stores are Carson Pirie Scott, JCPenney, Macy's and Sears. Its original anchors included Lord & Taylor, which closed in 1996 and sold its store to Carson Pirie Scott. The Marshall Field's store was renamed Macy's on September 9, 2006.
