Lawrenceburg is a city in Dearborn County, Indiana, United States. The population was 5,042 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat and largest city of Dearborn County. Lawrenceburg is located in southeast Indiana, on the Ohio River west of Cincinnati.

Caroll C. Cropper Bridge

The Carroll C. Cropper Bridge is a continuous steel arch shaped truss bridge over the Ohio River between Indiana and Kentucky. Built in 1977, the four-lane arched truss span provides a western Ohio River crossing for the Interstate 275 beltway around the Cincinnati area. The section of Interstate 275 on the Cropper bridge is the only Interstate highway in the Cincinnati, Ohio area that goes between Indiana and Kentucky.

Whitewater River (Indiana)

The Whitewater River is a 101-mile-long tributary of the Great Miami River in southeastern Indiana and southwestern Ohio in the United States. It is formed by the confluence of two forks, the West Fork and East Fork. The West Fork, shown as the main stem of the river on federal maps, rises in Randolph County, Indiana, approximately 1 mile northeast of Modoc. It flows 69.5 miles south and southeast, past Hagerstown and Connersville, and joins the East Fork of the river at Brookville, Indiana.
