Fun Spot Amusement Park & Zoo

Fun Spot Amusement Park & Zoo is a small family amusement park located in Angola, Indiana, USA. Although it was small in comparison to parks in neighboring states, such as Cedar Point and Michigan's Adventure, it remained one of the largest parks in the region. It also once boasted the only operating roller coaster with an inversion in the state of Indiana, until Steel Hawg at Indiana Beach opened in 2008. It is also historic, having opened in 1956.

WEAX

WEAX (88.3 FM, "The Revolution/88X") is a college radio station in Angola, Indiana. The station is owned by Trine University, and features a multitude of student programming and sports broadcasting. 88x is the voice of Thunder sports broadcasts and features football, volleyball, men's & women's basketball, baseball, and softball games. Student programming can be heard during the mornings from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

WLKI

WLKI (100.3 FM) is an American FM radio station licensed to and based in Angola, Indiana, and serving portions of northeastern Indiana, northwestern Ohio, and south-central Michigan. Owned by Coldwater, Michigan businessman Stephen Swick, the station airs a hybrid adult contemporary/Hot AC music format branded as FM's Best, FM 100. The station began broadcasting on November 7, 1969 at 100.1 on the FM dial, and became WLKI on July 15, 1974.

Lake Lavine, Michigan

Lake Lavine is a small lake, 87 acres, in south central Michigan. Located in Kinderhook Township, Branch County, Michigan approximately 3 miles from Kinderhook, Lake Lavine is situated approximately one-half mile north of the Indiana state line: 3 miles directly north of the Lake James chain of lakes located in Indiana. Lake Lavine is a deep lake (71 feet maximum) with steep drop-offs. Speed boats are allowed during the hours of 10:00 am until 6:30 pm.
