WSHW, "Shine 99" is an FM radio station owned by Kaspar Broadcasting in Frankfort, Indiana. The station operates on the FM radio frequency of 99.7 MHz. The station is located at 1401 W. Barner St. in Frankfort. Tower and transmitter are located off State Road 26 in rural Northeastern Clinton County near the Howard County line. The radio station currently broadcasts Adult Contemporary music (AC) and is programmed by Randy Lawson; owned and operated by Vern and Russell Kaspar.
