KSNL is part of the Kansas State Network (KSN) network of NBC affiliates, repeating the signal of KSNW in Wichita, Kansas, with local advertising and news inserts. St. John's Military School

St. John's Military School, located in Salina, Kansas, is a private boarding military school for male students from grades 6 to 12. It aims to develop students' academic and leadership skills in a "military environment" overseen by a President, Academic Dean and Commandant of Cadets. It has the capacity for approximately 220 students. The year runs from late August to early May. St John's is normally the highest ranked JROTC program in the United States.

Bicentennial Center

The Bicentennial Center is a 7,583-seat multi-purpose arena, in Salina, Kansas. It was opened in 1979. In the past it was home to the Kansas Cagerz of the United States Basketball League and the Salina Rattlers of the now defunct International Basketball Association, both of which are now defunct. Beginning in 2013, it will be home to the Salina Bombers of the Champions Professional Indoor Football League.
