Keith Sebelius Lake
Keith Sebelius Lake is a man-made reservoir located 2.5 miles upstream from Norton, Kansas on the high plains of northwest Kansas. It is filled by the Prairie Dog Creek. Norton Dam and the reservoir were built and are still operated by the United States Bureau of Reclamation for purposes of flood control, supplying water to the city of Norton, and irrigation.
