North Point High School is a school for science, technology, and industry. It is located in the far western area of Waldorf, Maryland, United States. At 311,000 square feet and with about 2,200 students enrolled, it is the largest high school in Charles County. It is also the newest high school, having opened its doors in 2005. Waldorf, Maryland
Waldorf is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Charles County, Maryland, United States. It is 23 miles south-southeast of Washington, D.C. The population of the census-designated area (now including the large planned community of St. Charles) was 67,752 at the 2010 census. Waldorf was settled before 1900 as a rural crossroads with a train station and was called "Beantown" after a local family. Waldorf's original name was Beantown.

Bennsville (spelled Bensville by the United States Census Bureau) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Charles County, Maryland, United States. The population was 11,923 at the 2010 census. The area is not an official postal designation, but is part of the Waldorf or Pomfret postal area. The Bennsville area is growing with new residential development, encouraged by the extension in the 1990s of Maryland Route 228 which provides quick access to Maryland Route 210.
