Martin State Airport is a joint civil-military public use airport located nine nautical miles (10 mi, 17 km) east of the central business district of Baltimore, in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. The facility is located near the town of Middle River, Maryland on Maryland State Highway 150 (Eastern Boulevard), near the intersection of Maryland State Highway 700 (Martin Boulevard).

Carroll Crest, Maryland

Carroll Crest is a community located in Middle River, Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. This community contains 233 houses secluded in a wooded area and was developed in two phases during the 1980s by Security Management. One of the roads leading into the community is Keeners Road. For years prior to the development of the community it was known as Ghost Road and had been the supposed site of several supernatural occurrences.

Capital Airlines Flight 75

Capital Airlines Flight 75 was a domestic scheduled Capital Airlines flight operating between La Guardia Airport and Atlanta Airport. A Vickers Viscount flying the route crashed in Chase, Maryland, on May 12, 1959, with the loss of all on board. The crash was the second of three involving a Capital Airlines Vickers Viscount in as many years; the other two were Capital Airlines Flight 20 and Capital Airlines Flight 67.

Middle River, Maryland

Middle River is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. The population was 25,191 at the 2010 census. A Middle River Train Station first appears on the 1877 G.M. Hopkins & Co Baltimore County Map and by 1898 has a designated Post Office and modest street grid. The town expanded during the 1930s and 1940s and established the "Aero Acres" housing community which borders the railroad tracks and Martin Blvd.
