Oak Grove is an MBTA station on the Orange Line, located in the northern part of Malden, Massachusetts near the intersection of Winter Street and Main Street, and adjacent to the city of Melrose. Oak Grove is the northern terminus of the Orange Line. It is primarily a park and ride station serving nearby residential communities, with a parking lot of 788 spaces. It also connects to several bus lines.

Pine Banks
Pine Banks is a 107.5-acre park located in the cities of Malden and Melrose, Massachusetts. It was donated by former Mayor of Malden Elisha S. Converse to be used "forever as a public park". The agreement was that both towns had equal ownership, responsibility, and power, which is still the case today; the non–profit Board of Trustees owns the park, with equal representation from both cities. The area was once inhabited by the Wampanoag Native American tribe.

Malden Center Station is an MBTA station on the Orange Line and Haverhill Line, located on Pleasant Street in downtown Malden, Massachusetts. It is an elevated station serving Malden's Edgeworth and downtown areas, with a small parking lot and connections to several bus lines. In 2004, the station added a second exit stairwell and its first and only elevator, making the station handicap accessible.

Roosevelt Park (Malden)
Roosevelt Park was a large open public park in Malden, Massachusetts with three baseball diamonds, open space for football games, a basketball court, a children's playground, and an old field house that had closed prior to the closing of the park itself. The park was also the home field for Malden Catholic High School's football program until the completion of their own stadium, Brother Gilbert Stadium, in 1988.
