Mount Brighton

Mt. Brighton is a ski and snowboard area in Brighton, Michigan that opened in 1960. As no hills large enough for commercial skiing or snowboarding exist naturally in Brighton, Mt. Brighton's slopes are man-made and reach a maximum height of 250 vertical feet. Mt. Brighton has six chair lifts, one handle-lift and ten tow-rope surface lifts. Silver is the longest and newest of the 26 runs, reaching 1350 feet.

Brighton, Michigan

Brighton is a suburb in metro detroit located in the southeast portion of Livingston County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 7,444. Brighton forms part of the South Lyon-Howell-Brighton Urban Area. It is one of two incorporated cities in Livingston County, and incorporates land that once part of Brighton Township, Green Oak Township, and Genoa Township.

Brighton Airport

Brighton Airport is a public use airport located three nautical miles (6 km) north of the central business district of Brighton, in Livingston County, Michigan, United States. The airport opened in July 1947 and is used primarily for privately owned light recreational aircraft, however it is open to the public. It is owned by the Brighton Airport Association, a not-for-profit organization, and managed by William Bertrand.
