Iargo Springs
Iargo Springs features several viewing decks and a boardwalk path through the natural springs. The natural springs can be accessed from the road by stairs leading down to the Au Sable River. Man-made barriers pool the springs and create small waterfalls that the ice cold spring water runs down. The wooden boardwalk stretches over 1,000 feet as it winds through the natural springs. Viewing is best in the spring or just after rainfall.

Au Gres River
The Au Gres River is a river in Michigan. Its mouth is at Lake Huron in the city of Au Gres, Michigan. It flows through Arenac, Iosco and Ogemaw counties. It formerly had an eastern branch, which was severed from the parent river and rerouted along the Whitney Drain to Lake Huron north of Au Gres. The main stream is 46.7 miles long.

WQLB
WQLB and WKJZ are a pair of radio stations known as "HITS FM" playing a variety of music from the 1960s through the 1980s. It had broadcast a classic rock format ("B-Rock," partially satellite-fed from Jones Radio Networks) until May 2007 when it switched to its current variety hits format. Prior to "B-Rock," WKJZ 94.9 had been a simulcast of country sister station 104.7 WKJC. "Hits FM" is also heard on translator W251AD.
