Rainbow Farm
Rainbow Farm was a pro-marijuana campground in Newberg Township, Cass County, Michigan, that was involved in a fatal police standoff on September 3, 2001. The campground was run by Tom Crosslin and his life partner Rolland "Rollie" Rohm, and was home to two annual festivals, "HempAid" and "Roach Roast", which ran from 1996 through 2001. The operation ended with the burning down of all the structures on the property and the deaths of both Tom Crosslin and Rolland Rohm.

Volinia Township, Michigan
Volinia Township is a civil township of Cass County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,174 at the 2000 census. When the township was organized in 1833, it was at first named Volhynia, after the province in Poland. It is believed to have been given to honor General Thaddeus Kosciusko, the Polish patriot who helped the United States during the American Revolutionary War. The name was altered first to "Volenia" and then to "Volinia".
