The Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center is a hospital built in the Kirkbride Plan style. It is located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. When the Fergus Falls State Hospital opened its doors on July 29, 1890, it became the first state institution in northern Minnesota for patients considered insane.
