KTTC is the NBC-affiliated television station for the Driftless Area of Southeastern Minnesota and Northeastern Iowa. Licensed to Rochester, Minnesota, the station broadcasts a high definition digital signal on VHF channel 10 from a transmitter in Ostrander, Minnesota near the Fillmore and Mower County line.
