Wheeler's Point, Minnesota
Wheeler's Point is a small unincorporated community in Wheeler Township, Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota, United States. It lies 12 miles north of Baudette. County Highway 8 and Minnesota State Highway 172 are two of the main routes in the community. Wheeler's Point is also located at the Four Mile Bay at the southern end of the Lake of the Woods. The entry to the Rainy River is also at this point. The community of Hackett and Zippel Bay State Park are also nearby.

The Rainy River is a river, approximately 137 kilometres long, which forms part of the U.S. -Canada border separating northern Minnesota and Northwestern Ontario. It issues from the west side of Rainy Lake and flows generally west-northwest, between International Falls, Minnesota, and Fort Frances, Ontario, and between Baudette, Minnesota, and Rainy River, Ontario. It enters the southern end of Lake of the Woods approximately 19 kilometres northwest of Baudette/Rainy River.
