WRBJ, channel 34, is a full-powered CW-affiliated television station in Jackson, Mississippi. The station is owned by St. Louis-based Roberts Broadcasting. Its studio and sales office are located in Jackson, and its transmitter is located in northern Smith County, north of Raleigh, and licensed to Magee. Unlike other Jackson TV stations, WRBJ's signal may be capable of reaching Hattiesburg and Meridian.

WQST (AM)

WQST was a radio station licensed to serve Forest, Mississippi. The station is owned by Ace Broadcasting, Inc. Its format was southern gospel. The station was assigned these call letters by the Federal Communications Commission September 1, 1986. On Sunday, March 16, 2008, WQST dropped its simulcast with WZQK for southern gospel from The Gospel Station, based in Ada, Oklahoma. In December, 2012 WQST AM left the air due to financial reasons. It is now internet only.

Scott County is a county located in the U.S. state of Mississippi. As of 2010, the population was 28,264. Its county seat is Forest. Scott County is named for Abram M. Scott, the Governor of Mississippi from 1832 to 1833. Perhaps the most famous resident of Scott County is Kenneth Dwayne Crosby, best known for his stalwart work ethic for the USDA and his fishing prowess.
