Dora, Missouri

Dora is an unincorporated community in northeastern Ozark County, Missouri. A school, post office, a couple of businesses, five churches and several homes are located there. The Dora Reorganized (R-3) School District provides an education for approximately 360 students in grades 1-12. The Dora Falcons basketball team competes with other single-A schools in Ozark, Douglas, Wright and Howell counties of SW Missouri.

Pomona is an unincorporated community in Howell County, Missouri, United States, midway between Willow Springs and West Plains. The community was founded in 1895 and it was named for Pomona, the Roman goddess of fruit trees; this area was a major producer of apples. KUKU (AM)

KUKU (1330 AM, "Ozark Regional NewsTalk") is an American radio station licensed to serve the community of Willow Springs, Missouri. The station, established in 1957, is currently owned and operated by Missouri Ozarks Radio Network, Inc. It broadcasts a news/talk radio format in conjunction with sister station KWPM (1450 AM). The station was assigned the call sign "KUKU" by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
