KTVI is the Fox-affiliated television station in St. Louis, Missouri. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 43 from a transmitter in the unincorporated community of Sappington. Owned by Local TV (which is owned in turn by private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners), KTVI operates CW affiliate KPLR-TV (owned by the Tribune Company) through a local marketing agreement. Both stations share studios at 2250 Ball Drive in Maryland Heights.
