Hallam Nuclear Generating Station
The Hallam Nuclear Generating Station in Nebraska was the site of an experimental graphite-moderated sodium cooled reactor. It was located near Hallam, about 25 miles southwest of Lincoln. The graphite moderator was clad in stainless steel. There were issues with the cladding, corrosion and stress cracking led to the failure of the cladding cans.

KIBZ (104.1 FM, "104-1 The Blaze") is a Lincoln, Nebraska active rock music radio station that first signed on the air at 106.3 FM on March 2, 1992. It moved to 104.1 in March 2004. It is one of the first stations in the state to stream its audio over the Internet. Clear Channel Communications sold KIBZ to Three Eagles Communications on April 10, 2007.
