Anaho Island
Anaho Island is an island in Pyramid Lake, Nevada, USA, on the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation. It is located in the southeastern part of the lake, approximately four miles east of the community of Sutcliffe. The island is home to the Anaho Island National Wildlife Refuge, which protects a colony of American White Pelicans, one of the two largest pelican colonies in the western United States. It is uninhabited by humans.

Pyramid Island (Nevada)
Pyramid Island is a very small island near the southeastern shore of Pyramid Lake, Nevada. It is located approximately 1.2 miles northeast of Anaho Island and slightly less than six miles from the community of Sutcliffe. The white band seen to the east of the island is composed of calcium carbonate which came from when the lake was at or near its overflow point.

Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation
The Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation is a United States reservation in northwestern Nevada ~approximately 35 miles northeast of Reno, in Washoe, Storey, and Lyon Counties. It lies almost entirely in Washoe County (99.88%), with but tiny amounts of land in the other two counties (at the southern end, near the city of Fernley). It is governed by the Pyramid Lake Paiute tribe (Cui Ui Ticutta). In 1993, the population of the reservation was 1,603 individuals.
