East Merrimack, New Hampshire
East Merrimack is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Merrimack in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, United States. There is no village center named "East Merrimack"; rather, the CDP refers to the region of the town of Merrimack lying east of the F. E. Everett Turnpike, overlapping portions of the villages of Reed's Ferry, Thornton's Ferry, and the center of Merrimack. The population was 4,197 at the 2010 census.

Souhegan River
The Souhegan River is a tributary of the Merrimack River in the northeastern United States. 33.8 miles long with a drainage area of 171 sq mi, it flows north and east through southern New Hampshire to the Merrimack River. The river begins in New Ipswich, New Hampshire, at the junction of the river's South Branch and West Branch. Flowing northeast, it passes through the center of Greenville and descends through a narrow valley to Wilton, where it turns east.

The Boston Consolidated TRACON (A90) is located at 25 Robert Milligan Parkway in Merrimack, New Hampshire. BCT opened in 2004 after 8 years of development. The A90 function transferred to the new Boston Consolidated TRACON on February 22, 2004. The MHT function transferred over on March 7, 2004. Manchester TRACON used to be located at Manchester Airport right below the old ATCT. Boston TRACON used to be located at the Logan International Airport Control Tower before being consolidated.

Souhegan High School
Souhegan High School is a Coalition of Essential Schools high school located in Amherst, New Hampshire. Students from Amherst and Mont Vernon attend Souhegan for 9th through 12th grades. There are about 870 students and over 160 faculty members. The name is derived from the Souhegan River, which adjoins the school property, and the Souhegan Valley region of New Hampshire (which was, in turn, also named for the river).
