The Yankee Clipper Council is a council of the Boy Scouts of America serving 52 communities in northeastern Massachusetts and southeastern New Hampshire. The council was formed from a merger of the North Essex Council, North Bay Council, and Lone Tree Council in 1993. Greater Lowell Council merged with Yankee Clipper in 2000.
