Field Farm
Field Farm is a 316-acre nature preserve and former farm in Williamstown, Massachusetts and is managed by the Trustees of Reservations. There are 4.5 miles of hiking trails on the reservation, which pass by swamp land, a pond and the "Caves Lot" which features underground channels that water had cut into the limestone there. An International style farmhouse built in 1948 by Edwin Goodell is on site, as well as a guest house designed by Ulrich Franzen in 1966.

The Snow Hole
The Snow Hole is located in the Taconic Mountains, New York, USA along the ridge line between Bald Mountain and the White Rock (Taconic Mountains). It is a crevasse in which snow can be found well into the summer. The snow hole can be accessed by hiking the Taconic crest trail about 2.7 miles north from the Petersburgh pass parking area off Route 2.
