Dutchess Stadium

Dutchess Stadium is a stadium in Wappingers Falls, New York. It opened in 1994 and holds 4,500 people. It is located on New York State Route 9D. Visible from the stadium is Fishkill Correctional Facility as well as Interstate 84. Construction began in January of 1994 and was ready for opening Day in June 1994.

Fishkill Correctional Facility

Fishkill Correctional Facility is a medium security prison in New York, USA. The prison is located in both the Town of Fishkill and the City of Beacon in Dutchess County. Fishkill was constructed in 1896. It began as the Matteawan State Hospital for the Criminally Insane. Fishkill also houses the Regional Medical Unit for Southern New York's prisons.

Reformed Church of Beacon

The Reformed Church of Beacon, originally the Reformed Dutch Church of Fishkill Landing, is a congregation of the Reformed Church in America. It claims to be the oldest church in Beacon, New York, United States. It is located on NY 9D about 0.5 miles (1 km) south of Beacon's municipal complex and downtown area. It overlooks the Hudson River from the top of a bluff. It was designed by Frederick Clarke Withers and built in 1859.

Downstate Correctional Facility is a maximum-security prison in the Town of Fishkill in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Downstate is a maximum-security prison located along the north side (i.e. westbound) of Interstate 84. Downstate serves primarily as a classification center, as it is the first stop for all new inmates entering the New York State prison system. New inmates typically wait at Downstate for a few weeks before they are assigned to a permanent facility.

Beacon (Metro-North station)

Beacon is a Metro-North Railroad station that serves the residents of Beacon, New York, via the Hudson Line. Trains leave for New York City every hour during off peak hours, and about every 15–25 minutes during rush hour. It is 59 miles from Grand Central Terminal and travel time to Grand Central Terminal vary depending on run, ranging from 1 hour and 10 minutes (super-express runs) to 1 hour and 15–18 minutes (trains making all local stops north of Croton-Harmon and 1 hour and 25–30 minutes .
