Castleton Corners, Staten Island
Castleton Corners (or Four Corners) is an upscale neighborhood of Staten Island, one of the five boroughs of New York City. It is in a region of the island often referred as the North Shore, Staten Island. The word "corners" in the neighborhood's name refers to the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Manor Road, which forms its core. It was once called Centerville, but became more popularly known as Castleton Corners when a post office by that name was opened there in 1872.

Castleton is a former town in the U.S. state of New York. It was located in the northeastern part of Staten Island prior to the incorporation of Staten Island into New York City in 1898. It had a total area of 3880 acres (16 km²) and was bounded by Upper New York Bay on the east and the Kill Van Kull on the north. The town dates from the late 17th century as one of the four original divisions of Richmond County (five after Middletown was created in the mid-19th century).
