Genesee County Airport is a county-owned, public-use airport located two nautical miles (4 km) north of the central business district of Batavia, a city in Genesee County, New York, United States. According to the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2009–2013, it is classified as a reliever airport. Batavia Downs is a harness racing track and casino in Batavia, New York. It is located in Genesee County between Buffalo and Rochester just off of the New York State Thruway, the I-90. Oak Orchard Creek

Oak Orchard Creek is a tributary of Lake Ontario in Orleans County, New York in the United States. Oak Orchard Creek rises south of Oak Orchard Creek Marsh (also called the Alabama Swamp) at the border of Orleans and Genesee Counties. The swamp contains a state reserve, Oak Orchard Wildlife Management Area, and a national reserve, the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge, both of which are known as major stopover points for migratory birds.
