Warwick is a village in Orange County, New York, United States. The 2010 census population was 6,731 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Poughkeepsie–Newburgh–Middletown, NY Metropolitan Statistical Area as well as the larger New York–Newark–Bridgeport, NY-NJ-CT-PA Combined Statistical Area. The Village of Warwick is in the southeast part of the Town of Warwick and is immediately north of the state line.

The peak is located along the Appalachian Trail just south of New York State Route 17A, 3 miles northeast of Bellvale Mountain, 2 miles east of Bellvale, New York and north northwest of Greenwood Lake, New York. The mountain is named after an early pioneer to the area, Peter Conklin.
