Wellington C. Mepham High School
Wellington C. Mepham High School is a high school located on a 21-acre campus in Bellmore, New York. It is the oldest of three high schools in the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District. The school is known locally as "Mepham" (pronounced MEP-um), and was named in honor of the first school superintendent in the district. The first building at Mepham was built in 1935, and the current campus was formed in 1937.
