Clinton, North Carolina

Clinton is the county seat of Sampson County, North Carolina, United States. The population of Clinton is 8,639 according to the 2010 US Census. Clinton is named for Richard Clinton, a Brigadier General of the North Carolina militia in the American Revolution (unrelated to the Clinton Family of New York).

Clinton High School (Clinton, South Carolina)

Clinton High School (CHS) in Clinton, South Carolina, USA, is in Laurens County and is the primary high school in Laurens County School District 56. The old building on North Adair Street was opened in 1956. The new school started construction in late 2008 and opened in August, 2010.
