It was originally known as Cumminsville, but changed names to "Northside" several decades ago after I-74 divided the neighborhood into Northside and South Cumminsville. Spring Grove Village is a neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is located just off Interstate 75 in the Mill Creek Valley. Approximately 2,600 residents live in an area just under 2 square miles . As of the 2000 census, 49% of Spring Grove Village residents were white, 46% were black, and 2% were Hispanic of any race.
