Parma Heights is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. The population was 20,718 at the 2010 census. Its current mayor is former city council president Mike Byrne, who was elected in November, 2009 and sworn in during January. He replaced Martin K. Zanotti, who was appointed mayor in 2000, upon the retirement of long-time mayor Paul W. Cassidy. Zanotti, who was elected in 2001 and reelected in 2005, opted not to run again.
