Xenia High School is a public high school in Xenia, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Xenia Community Schools district. The school's average daily student enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year was 1452. Xenia, Ohio

Xenia /ˈziːnjə/ ZEEN-yə is a city in and the county seat of Greene County, Ohio, United States. The municipality is located in southwestern Ohio 21 miles from Dayton and is part of the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area, as well as the Miami Valley region. The name comes from the Greek word Xenia (ξενία), which means "hospitality". Many of its residents supported the Underground Railroad in the years before the Civil War. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 25,719.

Kil-Kare Raceway

Kil-Kare Raceway is a motorsports complex located in Xenia Township, Greene County, near Xenia and Dayton, Ohio, USA. It first opened in 1959 and features two separate tracks: Kil-Kare Speedway, a 3/8 mile (0.6 km) asphalt oval for stock car racing and Kil-Kare Dragway, a 1/4 mile dragstrip. The oval is unconventional in shape, with the cars almost in a continuous slide between turns one and four.

Battle of Chillicothe

The Battle of Chillicothe was part of the western theater of the American Revolutionary War. In May 1779, Colonel John Bowman of the Kentucky County militia, accompanied by Benjamin Logan and Levi Todd, led between 160 and 300 militiamen against the Shawnee town of Chillicothe. Dividing their forces, Bowman and Logan attacked the town from two sides but were eventually repulsed.
