Pickaway Correctional Institution

The Pickaway Correctional Institution is a state prison located in Scioto Township, Pickaway County, just outside Orient, Ohio, USA which mostly houses minimum and medium security inmates. PCI was opened as a prison in 1984 after the buildings which formerly housed a facility for MRDD had been closed. Although the structures were not built to house prisoners, Warden James Jackson modified the condemned buildings into secure housing for inmates.

Grove City High School

Grove City High School is a high school in Grove City, Ohio, United States. It is one of the four high schools in the South-Western City Schools district. It houses about 1,900 students in grades 9-12. Formerly Jackson High School, Grove City High School moved from the former Park Street building in 1970, where it had been located since 1929. Grove City High School was chartered in the fall of 1895. The average classroom experience of GCHS teachers is 15.89 years.

Beulah Park Racetrack

Beulah Park is Ohio's first thoroughbred racetrack and premier event center, offering live thoroughbred racing from October through to early May. The track also offers Quarter Horse racing on select days throughout the season, with the most notable races occurring in mid-October with three AQHA graded stakes. Located seven miles outside of Columbus, Beulah Park is open seven days a week for simulcast wagering.
